Job description:
We are seeking motivated people to join our team at Harmac Pacific Pulp Mill for our annual maintenance shutdown from March 16-26, 2026. All holewatch training is provided onsite. Under the direction of the Holewatch Supervisors, you will support operations by keeping our contractors safe. Shifts are 10-12 hours, with both dayshifts and nightshifts offered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record keeping
- Using a radio for communication
- Ensure safety of contractors
- Monitor activities inside and outside of vessels
- Work with our gas testers
- Open and close vessels
- Able to work 10-12 hour shifts.
- Available the week of March 9, 2026, and between March 16-26, 2026
- Able to work 40 hours per week during the shut down period (March 16-26, 2026)
- Must be physically capable of carrying out job requirements
- Previous experience in pulp and paper or other manufacturing industries would be considered a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
